AI Sales Assist

AI Sales Data Analyzer

Paste rows from your CRM pipeline, a Shopify/WooCommerce order export, or any sales spreadsheet. The analyzer reads the data, computes what it can verify (totals, averages, win rates, stage drop-off), flags what looks off, and suggests three concrete next actions. Data is analyzed for this session, not used to train models.

Frequently asked questions

What data formats work?

Anything tabular pasted as text: CSV, TSV, or semicolon-separated exports from Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or a spreadsheet. Include a header row. Up to 5,000 rows per analysis — the totals are computed from every row, not sampled.

Is my sales data safe?

Guest analyses are never stored — inputs and outputs are discarded after the response. Signed-in Pro users keep history they control. Remove customer names or IDs before pasting if your policy requires it; aggregates analyze just as well.

Can it connect directly to Shopify or my CRM?

Today it works with pasted exports, which every platform can produce in one click. Direct Shopify and CRM connections are on the Pro roadmap.

How accurate are the computed numbers?

Totals, averages, win rates, monthly trends, and segment breakdowns are calculated in code from every row you paste — not estimated by a language model. The model only interprets those figures and suggests actions. Currency symbols, thousands separators, and European decimal formats are handled automatically. Still reconcile against your source system before acting on anything material.
